Ancol Reflective all-elastic Cat Collar Black

Our elderly cat has never tolerated a collar before. They generally last a few hours before he manages to get them off. We need him to wear a bell so we can find him in the garden as he is a bit deaf and won't come when called now. This collar was surprisingly easy to put on. I had to get the buckle done up and then slip it over his head, but it is stretchy enough to do that. The bell is very loud and we could easily locate him. I bought this mainly because it was cheap and I didn't want to spend a lot on a collar that might only last a few minutes. So far, he still has it on and seems happy enough.

So... our 18month old cat has decided to turn "killer" and therefore we had to get him fitted with an "early warning" system for the benefit of the local wildlife!The bell is super loud on this! (We can hear him approaching a mile off!!) He also took to it surprisingly well? He normally hates anything on him, even giving him his flea treatment on the back of his neck results in chasing him to get it on him (he knows as soon as he sees the capsule), followed by half an hour of sulking after you apply it, so we were expecting a bit of fuss around the collar!.... But no!.... On it went, and so did MIlo (aka "tinkerbell"... "Mr bojangles"... and "noddy"..... google that one if you're not old enough!).Collar is nice and stretchy, so if he needed to wiggle out of it he could, but he's happy with it and so far so good on the mousing and bird front!

Absolutely love this collar. It’s nice and stretchy and the little pin can be put the any part of the collar, your not just limited to the pre it holes which is handy for small cats/ kittens. Also it’s easy to cut, my kitten is only13 weeks and is still very small and this collar is perfect for her.

Good quality item but too long for my young cats neck

Found these tight enough to stay on but stretchy enough to take off if needs be. They last well and reflect well too. All in all it’s a good product!

Bought this as our kitten keeps losing hers with the quick escape clasp ones. It does do its job but has frayed within a week. I'm sure it may just be our cat as she keeps playing with it but it didn't last long.

To stop my cat killing birds, hopefully, but it doesn't stop him catching mice!
