Last year I got a citrus squeezer that does a good job. The problem is that it i not heavy enough, and I have to clamp it to a table in order to be able to use it. This new one changes all that. It is heavy enough for me to be able to squeeze the fruit without worrying about the unit sliding all over the table. I am able to get every last drop of juice out of the fruit with minimal effort. It is a very good unit with very good value.

I like the juice press. It seems very well made, is easy to use, and is a breeze to clean. My only complaint it the size of the strainer, it's a little small. I press a lot of grapefruit, and they don't fit well. I've found I have to trim a band around the bottom edge of the cut fruit to make it work better. If the reamer/strainer was just a little bigger this machine would be perfect.

While the top side of the juicing cone is polished and shiny the underside is NOT! The cutouts are not polished either and have tiny METAL SHARDS all over! This WILL end up in your juices and is potentially deadly!!!See photosBUYER BEWARE!

This is so perfect for juicing fruits! Whether I want a glass of OJ or lime juice for margaritas this makes it so much easier!

This is a heavy guy, and it would have been nice of them to design a hand hold on the side to lift it and carry it around. There are rubber suctions on the foot to keep it from sliding, but not enough suction for a one hand operation. The price is hefty too. I saw one that costs about a quarter of this and weighs about as much. But, without testing it, who knows.This one does a great job of juicing - not as good as my 'reamer' style electric, but really good. I haven't tried pomegranates or grapefruit, but looks like it is sized to handle those well.A lot of pulp got stuck in the 'hat', so not as easy to clean as advertised, but easy enough with a toothbrush.
