No problem easy to fit and quite strong.

A thing of beauty is a joy forever.....this socket box for me was a retro fit extra socket but from the get go I knew it was going to be a revelation, the way I cut the plasterboard was joyous and the fit.........like a glove, looked so good once it was installed, seemed a shame to install a front on it but sadly I had to.....doesn't matter, I know whats behind there....Seriously, good solid box, does what it says on the tin/box

Arrived with a broken corner but as it’s concealed I used it anyway.I was using this to replace a single gang equivalent. The one I removed from the wall was much thicker plastic, much sturdier and had actual straight edges. The edges on this one curve inwards (due to thin plastic) and therefore the front doesn’t fit flush into a well cut hole. A crucial small piece broke during installation and the moving brackets on this are generally flimsy.I persevered and fitted it anyway but it’s a “just about does the job” type of product rather than something good. I’d recommend trying something else and maybe paying a bit more for better quality.

Really thin, flimsy plastic that easily snapped. The metal thread inserts in the clamps both just pulled through making it completely useless. I now have to try and remove the tight fitting cables and replace without causing any marks or damage to the newly decorated wall. Avoid!
