I would recommend these to anyone who needs breath refreshments on the go. They are small and easy to carry and work better than mints and take less time to make your breath smell minty and appealing. The mint taste does not leave for quite a while and the amount of mint liquid lasted me for a month or two. In comparison to mints these are a better investment for the money. Definitely buy
