Great for the price! Surprising quality!
Great quality, great features, seems to be holding up well in the wind, rain and snow. A 64 gb card provides roughly a week of recording, but experiences may vary.Docked one star for the app; rough translation errors in some areas, but it still performs well. No sketchy permissions or background network activity from the app outside of notifications.

Great quality picture, responsive controls
The media could not be loaded. Overall, love this security camera. I have a second one on the way for my back yard. The app is a little clunky and takes some getting used to, and I’m using a SD card, not the cloud, so retrieval is a bit slow. However, the image quality and responsiveness of the control is amazing, especially considering how low the price is! The notifications are not overwhelming, and there are sensitivity settings to adjust if necessary. It doesn’t seem to be triggered just because the wind blows a tree branch, for example. I haven’t tried the auto-scan feature that’s supposed to follow movement, but when I do, I’ll update.

You are able to toggle between SD and FHD resolutions. There are a number of different views to you can choose from and some are more useful that others. One of the features that I like the most is that you are able to setup an alert so the device will notify you and you can check a screenshot to see what is going on.You will also note that you have to orient your camera in the socket, if possible. If you have the capability to slightly tighten or loosen the bulb without it risking damage or falling out. There is no way in the app to set the view and save it to the way you want to see it.The SD resolution is okay and obviously does not have the detail of the FHD. FHD if it is not 1080p is close. The resolution is clear and true to RL in color, shading, etc. I have noticed that the motion detection seems to be just a touch slow. But it does work. You are able to have two-way communication with anyone at the location you install it. The sound can be adjusted via the app. It is clear and understandable when both talking and listening. To set this camera up you have to first download the app and register. Once that is done, you can attempt to add the camera. NOTE: I recommend doing a reset of the camera before you try to add it to the app. Mine already had a previous setup, possibly from testing it after manufacture, but it took me several attempts at it before I reset it. Once I did it detected it and had it setup in a fewminutes. The auto tracking when it detects motion works well. It follows motion pretty well. It can sometimes get confused it the motion is too close but you can also set the unit to reset to its starting position after so much time. That is nice if it get turned by motion and does not return so it can still effectively monitor the area you need eyes on.One negative of this product for me is I wanted to use it as a porch light as well. But it cannot double As porch light replacement as the light only comes on when it detects motion. That is a bummer because the only really lapse in my home security is the front door and I was hoping this would be a solution. But technically you can put on the light mode to full color and the light will stay on at night, but there is not way to set it to occur automatically.I appreciate you taking the time to read this. All in all, I really like this product. It is loaded with features and allows us to see who is at the door without having to go and look. A great way to have surveillance and security at a relatively cheap asking price. Remote access is also easy and reliable. Hope this information was helpful. [5 Stars]

Not a bad 2K camera, images are good, but doesn't connect well when away from home.
Have tried a few of these, most 2K image quality are good, this one is fine, no complaints there. Setup is easy and connects to home Wifi no problem, even setting up from a couple rooms away from router. Just follow the steps, choose your WiFi network and password, comes with paper guide which includes large QR code to scan, phone syncs to camera no problem. App interface is decent, easy to use. Comes with two adaptors, one for bulb extension, the other to use in a standard plug.I set this one up temporarily inside facing up looking through a window into the catio, I planned on moving it to a hanging light outside later upside down. It does have the option to flip the lens so it will work in both formats.Where this camera lags are these points:(1) The camera rarely works when you are away from home and outside of your WiFi network. One of the main reasons I wanted a bulb camera was for simple hookup and to be able to check up on my cats in their catio when I'm not home. When you go to view the video feed it says loading, then stops at 99% and waits to connect. But never does! Only once did it connect out of a dozen tries, when it did I was able to control the camera panning and view. But then I tried again a few minutes later and nope, stalled out again. To add insult to injury the app no longer recognized the camera ID.(2) I get home, reset and try to reconnect. Nope. Just says it can not find the device, either confirm or try again. Over and over and over. But the preview video screen is still of an image of when the camera worked. and says the same ID info.(3) You can not turn off the infrared lights. This is bad because if you have the camera inside near a window they reflect off the glass through the lens like a bright white light is on, even though there isn't. This is a common problem with most of these bulb cameras if shooting through a window. When switching modes the infrared lights shut off for a few seconds and the night video actually looks pretty good, but then they come back on and the bright reflection floods out the image. This is not an issue outside, if inside it can be an issue if your'e too close to a window. Other nicer cameras have the option to turn off the infrared LEDs.(4) There's no option to leave the white spot LED light on as a night light. For these reasons I returned the camera and continued my search. Another feature these should have is the option to mute audio so you don't get a feedback loop when using the app in the same room. The most annoying part was not being able to re-establish a connection to my home network after dropping out away from home, also not being able to use the camera when away from home. Otherwise it's built well, image quality is good, and the micro SD card goes into a slot that has a rubber protected cover.
