I’ve had it on for 10 minutes, and I can already feel it working… been trying to find a sauna shirt that actually lives up to its name, and finally found one! I ordered a size smaller than I normally wear, to try and use it as a type of compression shirt, and it fits perfect. Just snug enough; sure, the fabric feels a little odd ( but I haven’t laundered it yet, so that may change), but all in all, I’m very happy with it. I think I need to get more!

Don't get confused, this is a compression sweatshirt; not a regular fit sweatshirt. I ordered a L size and fits as expected, if anything a little tight on the chest area. First couple of times feels a little odd/uncomfortable, but eventually you get used to it. If you don't like compression shirts, I highly suggest ordering a size or two larger. This sweatshirt does its job; you'll be sweating within 10 minutes.

I ordered this sauna shirt to see if it will increase my body temperature while I exercise and it worked like a charm. There are some fitting issues but I’m sure that will sort itself out after a couple wears. I’ll be back to give an update if/when it does.

I love this thing. Its gets the core busy with sweat while I do cardio.It's very functional and I see myself buying more when the time comes.

Size is incorrect for a XL. It is too small. Doesn't even meet the size for L.

Feels gross when it sticks to your torso. The material itself is cold and clings to you when you sweat. Had to wear another shirt underneath to reduce the sensation. Hard to clean. But it does increase sweating.

FEESL, FITS AND WORKS GREAT!!

I’m amazed how this vest makes you sweat when doing regular activities. Ladies and gentlemen, it’s great even when you’re not working out! Not to mention it’s really comfortable. Size medium pictured here.
