Excellent hair dryer for the first year then started to cut off every 2 minutes due to over heating. Called the shark helpline did a quick video call with them ; they showed me the issue and how to clean it and voila my shark hair dryer is like brand new. Love this brand!

This has to be the best hair tool I've ever used in my life and I've used alot!! My hair feels healthier and softer. Now just need to find the right products to help curl it and them to stay in!

Great product but it takes a bit of skill and praise to get the hang of it. The videos that demonstrate how to use it make it look easy.

My partner loves it, worth every penny 👍🏻 if you are stuck between this and the Dyson airwrap I’d suggest this as after having used both my partner much prefers this one

WORKS WELL

The hairdryer is great. Love that you can angle the unit. But I tried everything to get the curler to work. I watched tutorials, reviews. I bought product and pin curl clips. I tried it all and within 20 mins my hair was straight again. The hair doesn't wrap tight enough around the unit to properly curl. I wanted to love it but instead I sent it back. It's too expensive to keep of it doesn't remotely do the job its supposed to. . Even tried it on my daughter who has much thicker hair than me and the same thing happened. Very disappointed for the price.

Love it but does take a while to get used to it.
