Just as the name, revitalize
Punarnava means to revitalize. It is a great item to revitalize your lymphatic system and kidneys. My wife used it and lost a couple of pounds due to water release (and she is quite petite). I have read people talking about losing way more.It releases retained water from the body naturally and you would lose weight. It would come back if you go back to the unhealthy lifestyle and in case you want to retain it, you need to keep up a healthy lifestyle. Don't use it as a weight loss mechanism but as a quick reward while moving to a healthy lifestyle.

May have helped eliminate ascites/free fluid?
I bought this because Iām living with and dying naturally of colon cancer and had a problem with ascites fluid/free fluid. I used to work in medicine, so I know enough to realize thereās no way to completely get rid of ascites fluid without medical intervention, but three or four days of a TINY amount of this in my senna tea at night probably caused a loss of about 5-7 pounds of water/free fluid within a few days, and I have felt better since. Hard to say if this product is what did the job, but it didnāt hurt anything as far as I can tell.
