I was very impressed with quality of product, and the box it came in. Felt very Apple-esque. Looks and feels like very high quality. This is my 2nd Dashcam; my first was super cheap and so when comparing that experience with this OUCOMI product, I was blown away and very, very pleased. Setup is pretty intuitive, luckily, because my package didn't come with a manual. I've done a search online for a PDF but so far no luck - otherwise I would give this product an easy 5 Stars. My only lasting hesitation at this point was that by default settings, the evening camera settings leave the camera shooting far too under-exposed. I suspect I can manipulate the settings so far, but I haven't found it yet. I chose this product over all the others because it has a cabin-facing camera which is what I was hoping for. The extra logic that incorporates security processes during an accident also interested me. I am still curious to see how file management is handled with "recycling" of data file space. I purchased a 64GB card and am still in the process of seeing how quickly a "NO-Audio" set of data fills it up. NOTE: No-Audio was a default setting it seems.I would recommend the product easily at this point. Quality Product yes.

looked like it is of good quality. But rear camera is attached to front camera, hard to place in truck where both cameras had a view. Instructions where very poor

This AZDOME in car dash cam works very well. Camera view is from side ditch to side ditch filming both sides of I 40 as my vehicle is in motion. Plays clearly on my computer. Keeps the time set accurately. GPS works as camera is filming.

well, so far so good, i will keep my 2 stars for now, lets see how long this cam will last...but thank for the responses from the service department...

It does not stay on the windshield beyond 48 hours no matter how hard you try. The buttons are very tiny black buttons on a black base with poor to no marking--so impossible to turn on the camera to record while driving--which is when you would need to record someone driving dangerously around you. Clips for the power cord do not stay in place so you have a power cord hanging down the front window. The user guide is written in an awkward manner, probably due to translating from another language. I like that it has a camera for forward and back, but the rest of the problems are frustrating. Basically a time suck and wast of money and time

The instruction manual must be read with a magnifying glass, and it should come with a Japanese engineer to understand how it works.

This is a pretty neat dash cam, I bought it to mess around with and because I thought it would be neat. The screen isn't very big but the quality of the pics looks good. Its easy to set up and small enough to be on your dash and not be in the way of anything.
