I put mine on before bed, and try to keep them on throughout some of my mornings when im at home.They really do work!

While these products worked fine for helping to prevent wrinkles, I didn't notice that some of the sheets had mold or dirt spots under the adhesive until I got about half way through. Wouldn't recommend.

It took me a while to optimize the use of the patches. On my cheeks they wrinkle up my skin on the edges of the patch and so create new wrinkles. It might work better on younger skin that hasn't already wrinkled so much. But they work great on my forehead The wrinkles between my eyebrows are much less. I like the ease of use as well. No need to wet anything and they stay attached throughout the night but they could definitely increase the stiffness by making them thicker to avoid wrinkling under the plastic. I did not have any trouble removing the patches.

I admit I am not very consistent in using this product, but when I do use it I can see a difference in my wrinkle definition. I've heard this type of product works because it helps you rest your face wherever the patch is. Not sure if that is true or if there is more to it, either way I think it works. Maybe not working extreme miracles, but it's taking a couple years off me at least.

I’ve been using only 3 days and have noticed a difference. I know these things from what I’ve read take time and you basically have to use very night for months but it’s been working.

I sleep on my side sometimes so knowing that I can help, even a little bit, to minimize my crows feet I feel better.

I put the larger brow sticker on my forehead where the “elevens” are and went to bed. When I woke up in the morning, I had a huge “fold” in the sticker that created a whole new (but temporary) wrinkle on one side of my forehead. Maybe they aren’t great for side sleepers. Returned.
