Packed full of great information!
Full of information that is easy to process and understand. It's a short book but so packed full of great information and suggestions. I personally starting using the breathing technique of inhaling all the way into the tailbone and immediately felt a difference in my practice. Wonderful and will return to this book again and again!

Save your $
Book says: Find a guru to activate your Kundalini by looking at you, be careful not all gurus are good even in India, don't wear shoes in the ashram, do goods deeds to activate your kundalini without a guru. Thats it over and over and page after page of saying the same thing

Meh
This one read like rhetoric and was so short as to make one wonder if it was just paraphrased from another author’s work.

Nothing original
Everything presented in this book has been written in every other book on the topic. More details on how to deal with the aftermath would be great. Few discuss it, but there are many negative consequences to Kundalini awakening.
