Ever since I found out you could stretch your piercings, I've wanted to do it. Baring in mind that I was a teenager in the 2000s and that I was part of the goth crowd at school, you would think that I would have done it by now. Well, I did - a little bit. I chickened out after two stretches (up to 12g) and put the idea on the back burner, but always felt envious when I saw someone with beautiful stone or wood plugs.Then 2020 comes along. I hadn't seriously thought about stretching my ears for about seven years, since I was nineteen. My new year's resolution this year was to say "F*** it!" and do things that I'd always wanted to do. When a Youtuber I follow decided to stretch her ears, the fire burned in my belly again and I said... Well, a few expletives were uttered as I put this item in my basket on Amazon and waited eagerly in the house the next day when I saw that my delivery driver had three drops left... Two drops... And then they arrived.Upon opening the parcel you'll be pleased to find that all of the tapers and tunnels are separated by size, making stretching very simple and straightforward. If you've had your ears pierced for a very long time - or dabbled in stretching before - you will find that your first few stretches will be fairly quick and painless. I managed to size up to 8g (3mm) very quickly, within a fortnight. I've had my ears pierced for nineteen years and, as said previously, I had stretched a little bit before which made my ears more elasticated so these first few stretches were straightforward and fairly painless (only a pinch.)Unfortunately, that's where the simplicity ends. After changing from my 6g tapers to the tunnels I found that the skin on the back of one of my ears got hooked on the tunnel - there is a lip for the O ring and it hurt like heck trying to push the tunnel through. Side note that this didn't cause a blow-out, however my ear was very inflamed and I did need to size down for a couple of days before attempting to go up to 6g/4mm again. On my second attempt, both ears went through very easily and healed quickly. Be mindful of the O ring lip when stretching with this kit!Furthermore, there is one small issue I have with this kit. As you get to the larger sizes of tapers, the incline on the taper becomes steeper and the tapers themselves are smaller. Many people advise using the taping method or dead stretching once you get passed 4g/5mm anyway but for those who only wish to use tapers, I'd perhaps purchase longer and less steep tapers for the final stretches in this kit.I would recommend this kit. The style and rainbow effect is aesthetically pleasing. The fact that everything is so nicely separated and organised makes this kit very user-friendly. I would advise purchasing a decent oil or lubricant. I've heard of people using jojoba oil. I use coconut oil and massage my lobes with it every day and use it to lubricate my tapers and tunnels. It's all down to preference and what you're comfortable using. You will also want to treat your stretched ears like a fresh piercing when they're healing so make sure to bathe them regularly with warm salt water or saline solution.TL;DR, Great kit for the most part. Use plenty of lubricant when you're stretching. Overall I'm very happy.

Metal feels good in the ear and looks lovely too. Main thing for me was that I was stuck at one gauge & dithered on buying these for the spikes for ages. It made such a difference; I really think you need both types to move the stretch along.

I went from a 1.6mm hole to a 5mm hole in a week no worries by using the tapers then the tunnels. I love the tunnels. Pretty, genuine titanium, brilliant little set.Would recommend and buy again. You get a pair of tapers and matching tunnels in each bag. Use lube or something to ease the tapers in and listen to your body. You should only feel a slight burning sensation when stretching your ears with the tapers.

This kit works fine and is good value for money. However, the tapers are very short, which is not a problem in the beginning but you would need to be very careful not to stretch too fast later on in the process (once you hit 2g or so).Furthermore, the black colour of both the tapers and the tunnels comes off after wearing them for a while (or even after boiling them in hot water to sterilise them). This is not a huge problem regarding the bargain price of this kit.If you want to stretch your ears and are willing to not wear top notch jewelry for a couple of months while doing so then this is the kit for you. As long as you stretch carefully and leave enough time within stretches (which you should anyways) than you will be fine purchasing this. Especially if you don't have the spare 100 quid to pay for a high-quality professional kit.However, having said all that the costumer service is very lovely and takes all concerns and criticisms on board and replies promplty.

Love these, lightweight and easy to use. Has helped me size up to 00G with no problems. Just make sure to leave a month or so between sizes to allow your ears to adjust
