Easy to hold and use. Gets a little messy and it can be washed in a dishwasher too.

Need to clean immediately but comes apart easily for that. Makes great spaetzle

Great for knöpfle
This is a great machine although makes more knöpfle type pasta rather than Spätzle. Nevertheless it works great and seems sturdy.

Feels substantial like it won't break easily. Was really easy to use, and slid without catching. The sliding piece does slide out really easily if you let go of it but not a big deal if you're careful.
