These are great, theres another brand that advertises one inch in size while these are 7/8. My Bimini is 7/8 so I ordered a set of each not knowing which would actually fit. They are both the same size to my surprise. In the end you need something bigger than your pole if you want to fasten something to the pole such as towels or a shade screen. So they have to be bigger than your pole and both sets are and both sets work great. If it's too loose wrap a little more of the item your fastening up into it for a firm fit. The areas where my cloth Bimini (sunbrella) was wrapped around the pole was actually the best fit for the clips and the side shade I was fastening but other locations where it was just pole was a bit more loose but if I was concerned I'd roll up a little more material and then apply the clip. No problems, had some stiff 20+ mph winds at times and the shades stayed up and the clips never failed. This was a week long lake Powell trip and I'll never go again without these bad boys!

Needed clips to keep center bimini flap secured, and it worked. Used 3 of them and they worked! Only thing is that one seems to have stretched out and is now very loose, but there's more so no problem. Hope that was just a fluke, and other than that, it's exactly what I needed.

I have 1 inch tubing and this works pefect by having a tight grip.

Second set I have purchased because I liked the first set so much and wanted some extras. These really work great and I highly recommend them. We hang towels and suits from them to dry and for shade on our boat

I purchased 2 packages of these, they work great for cliping towels to the bimini creating a nice shady spot to get out of the sun. I even used them at home while working some boat items to keem me out of the blazing sun. Great product and I highly recommend picking some up. they fit on my bimini with 7/8 tubing even with the bimini fabric and a beach towel.

Heavier gage than clips previously purchased from overtons. A little tighter to clip towel to Bimini but reduces unwanted releases.
