I needed some strong jump rings that wouldn't easily open, and seeing these with a locking technology was new to me. With other jump rings, I could hold it in my non-dominant fingers while prying open with pliers. With these, I need to use two pliers to maneuver one of these. Always open by turning clockwise, and the directions here say they click. I didn't notice that, I just made a few minor turns counterclockwise until the rings were shut. Once they are set, it is not recommended to further open and reuse. I have used four of these so far, most notably for an approximate 40mm pewter medallion--it holds very well, then again I don't wear it much, it's more of a good luck charm. Soon after buying these, I was at work and my necklace came undone. Upon closer inspection I noticed that one of the jump rings had come open. I knew right away that I had the perfect solution for making sure my most prized jewelry doesn't fall apart. These are really a great value for the price and quantity, and I believe they are sterling silver as stated.

Very veru strong! I needed pliers to open them but any strong ring should be that way! If you complain about that then you clearly aren't worried about losing your charm on a bracelet or necklace...but I really like these and they dont mark up super easily but I still recommend putting some painters tape over 2 needle nose just in case

My Grandson got his necklace yanked off and needed these to reconnect the clasp and it worked good so far and that was a few months ago. He also wears the necklace every minute of the day. I bought another brand and it turned black, obviously they weren’t sterling like they said.

These small rings were used to increase length of a silver bracelet. They worked as intended.

These jump rings were the perfect size and maintained their form when used. Also, when place back together, they formed a nice "seal" so I would not have to worry about them falling off, like homemade ones sometimes do.

Under the impression there were more hoops included. Shipping was fast

i've bought 4 or 5 different kinds of jump rings from different sellers and these are the better ones. the ends are cut flat so that it closes flush. other jump rings have 1 end that is pinched so it doesn't allow for a perfect closure. i bought these from Beadaholique Inc.
