Like many people I get a kick out of fixing something myself rather than calling the professionals in. When our Electrolux vacuum cleaner stopped picking up bits I noticed that there was no drive to the brushes and when I removed the baseplate I found that the motor drive belt had broken. A quick look on the Amazon web site showed that a replacement was readily available at a reasonable cost. I ordered a pack of two so that I have a spare in stock should the fault occur again.

These were due on the 13th & as they had not come by the 17th I email the company to see when they were posted. I got a very quick reply asking me if I would like them to send out some more. I didn’t need them to in the end as they were waiting for me when I got home that night. Great customer service. Have bought these before, great value for money. Would recommend

The belts last a long time.

Product arrived quickly, however it was not satisfactory as the first broke within a month and now fitted the second. A moderately expensive mistake.

My vac chews up the small drive belts like no body's business. I find that these supplied by Kenco Spares are far more durable and longer lasting than any I previously purchased and are good value. Also, Kenco themselves are really good. One of my recent orders was lost in the post but Kenco gave me immediate assistance and re sent the order at no charge. I received first class personal attention and for such a small order.
