Searched for lysine after hearing it’s good for cold sores/Herpes and I have to say these really worked well for me, usually I have an outburst lasting 10/14 days but as soon as these cameI took a tablet twice a day and it’s already clearing up. I don’t actually know if the tablets help with healing quicker but I feel like they have for me. Good size capsules aswel easier to swallow than another brand I have tried

Most effective lysine capsules which I have tried. Perfect amount per capsule too. Usually it's hard to discern the effects of supplements but while I can say I see the difference, the real proof is my 🐱 Cat. He has battled feline herpes and lost an eye to it so when I saw it had started in his other eye, I started him on the Lysine from these capsules. I had little hope based on the past but his eye looks good. Amazing.

Had a disturbing smell of paint or glue (as in volatile organic compounds), which did not seem healthy.

These are potent tablets indeed. Within a month of taking 2 x 2 lots a day my verucca had disappeared. I'm now on maintenance diss of 2 tablets a day. I like the fact that there's no added ingredients in the tablets like fillers and talc.

Great value for a quality product. A real bonus that it's in capsules and not tablets, which means less in the way of excipients, so the product is as pure as is possible. Very effective too if you suffer with cold sores.

I’ve not had a cold sore since I’ve started using this and I’d get anywhere between 1 and 20 per month! Absolutely brilliant
