Nice inline skate replacement wheels
These look to be high-quality replacement wheels for inline skates. They are 80mm in diameter. The bearings are NOT included, but are inexpensive and easily obtainable. The bearings should have an outside diameter of 22mm and a thickness of 7mm. I used 8mm ID bearings, not sure if this is the standard for inline skates, but I'm not using them for skates. In fact, I USED to skate when I was in my early 20's, but I'm not interested at this point in starting up again. I am, however, an avid handyman and maker, so I gpt these wheels to use for home-made jigs and such to use in my workshop. I attached two picture of just one example: an adjustable support for a piece of equipment that rotates cylindrical objects for laser engraving. I was going to use just bearings alone, but it occurred to me that these might mar the workpiece. Then I saw these Yolo skate wheels on Amazon and thought they would be just what I needed to offer the support I needed AND protect from scratching. Fortunately, the bearings I already had fit the wheels perfectly! I just needed to design and print a modified bracket to hold the wheels (since they are almost 4 times as large as the bearing) and I was done.I also plan on using some of the remaining 6 wheels for jigs to hold workpieces tight against a fence on power equipment while still allowing their position to be moved laterally along the fence. So whether you are an inline skater or a maker/handyperson, Yolo has your needs covered with these wheels!

Interesting design; generally good functionality
I'm a fairly regular inline skater; it's my preferred form of aerobic exercise, and I have a couple of typical loops that I go out on in the area around my home. For anyone who skates regularly, you know that regularly rotating and fairly regularly replacing wheels is an essential part of the process. These wheels are different from others that I've had since they're fully made of the same material (where others often have a harder plastic inner piece where the bearings and spacers sit, these are all made from polyurethane. They're relatively soft compared to other wheels I've used, which is a plus and a minus. It means they offer a softer ride, but it also means they aren't as durable and long-lasting. Still, going out several times a week, these have held up for several months (with regular rotations). Overall, these are a good value, as I've paid at least $40 for a pack of 8 wheels, and some of the nicest, highest end wheels can be considerably more expensive than that.
