Derwent 0.5 mm Precision Mechanical Pencil, HB Leads and Erasers Included, Professional Quality, 2302428, Black

I ordered this as a 2b set. But it’s not a 2b set. It’s HB. That’s in the description but I had clicked on 2b set. My fault for not checking description properly. Don’t order if you want 2B set, as it’s misleading and that’s not what you are buying.

Really like this, quite a nice feel to it and sits well in the hand. Easy to have about you for quick coffee break sketches, always sharp with built in eraser so no need to carry loads of kit.

I used this pencil for drawing. The good thing about it is that it creates a consistent thin line. It is easy to be precise with it.However, as the eraser got smaller it got stuck. Now I cant take it out and I cant insert another one in it's place.

Nothing to really add. It just works how any mechanical pencil works, you take it out the packet, click the top so the pencil lead can come out and you just start drawing. Don't really know how someone could have a problem with that, unless they deliberately go out of their way to make their life hard.But anyway, good product.

It's scratchy to write with and the rubber fits loosely, so when you upend the pencil to rub something out the rubber falls out.

I like it very much for commenting on manuscripts that I have to read, writing lists etc.

Bought it my daughter as a gift and she loves it. It looks good and the price was ok
