Got an email to give me a heads up that this was arriving in two separate packages and one would be late. Appreciated the extra step. Easy to set up. Works great and most of all grandma loves it! Rated 4 vs. 5 because the connector for the buttons under the chat sometimes gets unplugged.

The chair was exactly what was needed, compact and very well priced. The customer service was excellent with prompt communication when needed.

I need a knee replacement, and have a back problem. I looked at recliners for 5 days before deciding on this one. It looks great, it's a wall hugger and sits great too! The seat is firm, which I appreciate because it gives me support for my back also. It's not like a rock but it gives you a good firmness. I was surprised I could fit in it the way everyone Raves about the fact that it's so small and etc etc etc. But as far as I'm concerned it's very comfortable chair for any average person. It's not a big cushy bulky chair but it has everything I need and looks exactly like the picture. It is power and goes three times faster than the other power and recliners we have that are larger bulkier. It also has a phone charger on it which is definitely a handy thing in today's society. I like it and if we decide to get another recliner this is the one I will go to. Thanks for reading, I don't think you would be sorry getting this chair. By the way, I'm not a skinny mini ...

This is a pretty decent chair for the price and fits my small frame (5’) well. My husband likes it as well and he is 5’11”. However, it’s not so comfortable to sit in for me when the foot rest is all the way in. I have an autoimmune disease that causes me a lot of constant pain in my arms and legs which is why I decided to purchase an electric chair. In that regard it works great! But, I guess I have short arms so it does make it a little hard to reach the power buttons when the chair is fully reclined.The mechanics operate very smoothly! It’s comfortable, and the material is pretty nice, soft and durable. Keep in mind this is quite a small chair and is only recommended for up to 250lbs.Set up, done by my husband, was pretty easy unlike some reviews have said. The only trouble he had was the zipper that attaches the back rest cushion to the back of the chair didn’t work. We skipped this part as it has two strips of very strong Velcro on the back. Haven’t had it slip yet.The other issues we have is that it wobbles. There are feet on the frame but they’re not adjustable, which is to bad. And the color…..we ordered “dark brown” but the manufacturers idea of “dark brown” is definitely different than mine. However the color is actually quite nice. Not any where near as dark as the picture, but more of a gray/brown.Delivery was about a week and a half, so don’t expect to get it in 2 days.If you’re looking for a budget friendly chair this is a good buy!

This recliner is perfect for my size (5' 2 1/2"--I checked the measurements given against that of my height and the distance when my legs were bent before I chose the recliner. Firm support overall, particularly for the healing of my fractured kneecap. The leg extension gives great support and has contributed significantly to the lessening of the pain that comes from using my injured knee (full recovery will take a while). For the present I have been sleeping in it and been comfortable with the use of a pillow for my head.There was an issue with a damaged part, but the seller addressed it in stellar fashion.

Recliner works well and fits well in a small space. I am happy with all aspects, although the seat is a bit on the hard side (a cushion can be used). The microfibre material is great - love the feel and the look. The seller was phenomenal. Any issues or questions I had, he/she responded immediately.

This chair is sleek and comfortable. Hard to find something that stylish, affordable with utility! It was very easy to assemble. For pieces, clicks right together. One plug that is easy to find and connect. Highly recommend this product and company. Responsive seller and easy to communicate with.

Color was perfect for my living room; size perfect, not too big for the space; so easy to assemble.
