The book has lots of lovely projects. None are expensive to make. Many different levels of expertise but none really difficult.

Of the many books I've bought this year this is the one I love most . I've collected winter themed books for many years but there seems to have been a shortage of new ones over the last few years .This book beautifully put together with clear instructions and pictures that make you want to raid the stash and get creating .I don't think there is anything I would need to buy to make the items . The twig candle holders are simply glass jars , twigs and a glue gun . you can use a suitable adhesive as an alternative . I love the Hygge wool bag and I do have blankets ideal for that .A lot of things requiring fabric can use up oddments and smaller pieces . The fabric covered cans are an inspired use of all the tins we usually put in the recycling bin and of course they can be recycled in years to come if wished .i believe it's an excellent book for those of us who upcycle and reuse as much as possibleThe gingerbread house looks beautiful . I love all the natural greenery ideas and with the exception of the Danish paper cone - I don't like pointy things and all hearts should be rounded too - there isn't anything I don't want to make .If you love all things red . white , natural in a really pretty book you'll love this .There is a guide to simple stitches and clear full size templates at the back of the book .I highly recommend this book and look forward to future ones by the author .polly

Book just arrived today and I love it ! Great for a beginner or advanced ; I love that it has so many easy ideas that won’t take too long to complete . Delivery was quicker than expected too ! Look forward to trying all the rustic Scandi beautiful crafts

This book is all you need to get you into the cosy Christmas spirit. Full of gorgeous photography and simple but effective ideas, most using natural and recycled materials. There are so many things I want to make. For my Christmas table this year I dug out the vintage brioche tin I bought for no real purpose and created the gorgeous table centre piece. My nieces had a go at making the little Father Christmas gift tags and they had so much fun. I also made some of the little patchwork fabric baubles which are adorable. So many of these projects are quick and easy to make, which means they are stress-free, economical and concentrate on having fun. My favourites pieces in the book are the paper based crafts, the section on foraged woodland finds and the gorgeous Christmas stocking made from the most beautiful antique quilt. A real treasure. I only hope the author completes the series with crafting and decorating ideas for Spring, Summer and Autumn in the same way that she decorates her beautiful real-life Cozy Club at home.

This book is truly delightful. It is packed to the gunnels with little projects that can be done alone or with children - I had a fab day with my god daughter and her sister, making trees, angels and hanging decorations. I have also made a few of the other projects for little gifts or just to dot around my house. All the templates are included and very clear instructions are given. The photography is beautiful and as well as enhancing the book itself, illustrates the effect these darling makes can have on a home at Christmas time. Joy and enthusiasm run through this book and it is infectious. The projects use everyday items that can be found in the garden or the home and some, like the mitten garland are just so unique. I cannot recommend this book highly enough.

This really is a beautiful book, I bought two as I am going to give one to a friend for Christmas, the projects are well described and easy to make regardless of whether you have crafting experience or not. They will inspire you and would make lovely homemade gifts or give your home that individual style for Christmas. When the dark winter nights arrive I am going to enjoy sitting at my table having fun and looking forward imagining how lovely the tree and house will look this Christmas and watching the delighted look on my family and friends when I give them their very own special handmade with love gifts.

Almost all the projects in this book are easy to make as well as festive. I love the simple Scandi style. The recipe for gingerbread salt dough is the perfect answer to a stress free holiday, at least gingerbread wise. I would definitely recommend this book.

This is an inspirational book! Just looking at the photos made me want to start crafting for Christmas. The items are not complicated yet are fun and classy! An excellent book for yourself or as a gift. For anyone who enjoys crafting or Christmas!
