I got it to do occasional ear rinsing and it does a decent job at it.SMALL WATER HOLDER: The bottle is pretty small so, if you are expecting a thorough heavy-duty job, this won't do it. However, it's perfect to upkeep your ear hygiene regularly.DIFFERENT MODE IS GOOD: You have different pressure modes on this device and honestly, they are pretty good at cleaning some old gunk out. But again, it's not meant to be a professional medical tool. If your ear is severely clogged up by ear wax, go see a doctor!GENERAL IMPRESSION: at this price range, I am happy to keep this little device in my under-the-sink cabinet for regular ear cleansing. It does a basic but good job

Does the job

First and foremost, this product came with no instructions at all. However, it ultimately isn't too difficult to figure out. I put it together and added some water for testing. Here's what I found:1. You must literally stand over a sink or use this in the shower or tub, as the system only acts to spray water into the ear canal and does not collect water.2. There are multiple water pressure settings. I do not recommend using the higher setting in your ear.3. After testing, I set the device on the counter while I was working on another issue. When I came back, I found that water was leaking from the water reservoir.4. No instructions! Do you use warm or cool water? Are there any drops you can use in the system to improve ear health or the cleaning process? How are you supposed to clean the system properly?The bottom line... While the system does actually work, I would not order this again nor do I recommend it to anyone. The manufacturer may have a good preliminary concept, the execution leaves a lot to be desired.

Seen this type of product crop up and wanted to try it for myself. Definitely does what it says in the description, but this is about as cheap as it comes.Included in the box is the unit itself, a bag with a few replaceable tips, the USB charging cable, and a cheap nylon bag that is far too large to legitimately be intended for this product. It even had pseudo backpack strings on either side. Definitely recycled bag from some other product entirely.In terms of functionality, this is where the product really needs improvements. As with other pictures already posted, the O-ring that seals the top and bottom half gets easily damaged. Mine also ended up with a chunk getting cut off because the O-ring diameter is slightly larger than it should be, causing it to bind up as you attempt to close the unit up. There really wasn't any way around this either. It is a very snug fit, so any amount of binding with the O-ring causes damage. Although I will say, I don't think this matters much; as you need the unit upright (and there is a max fill line) to use it.The main problem with functionality is in its operation. There is an On/Off button, and a mode selector buttons. When you turn on the unit, it starts pumping immediately. You can then only change the mode from low to high or pulse when it is already running, and it always defaults to low. Maybe if this was intended for someone to use this on another person, this might be fine, but this is otherwise the most cumbersome method of operation. You would need controls similar to a blender for this to really be viable: mode selection before turning it on, and either a constant on or press and hold button to operate.At the end of the day, it works, at least. I took the advice of other reviewers and did this in the shower, so it didn't matter where the water or wax went. I give this product 3 stars because it definitely functions as intended, even if it does so in bad or mediocre ways.

I got this because my son accumulates lots of wax in his ears. This came with a bag for easy, neat storage. This thing really helped loosen all the wax and get rid of it. I would of posted the picture but it was too disgusting, we got chunks of wax out. And my son said wow I can hear.

I got it then made sure it was charged mind you no user manual came with it. I started one of my son's ears and then it would not come back on and all it does now is all three lights blink that's it. Terrible

This is a great ear washer its portable, lightweight, very powerful, and comes with all the necessary accessories to start working, you just need to fill it as it has a battery that can be used wherever you need it, and the 3 different options provide the necessary pressure to achieve a great cleaning, already used it a few times no issues at all, comes with a carrying bag and you can fit everything with enough room.
