Microsoft Outlook: The Most Updated Crash Course from Beginner to Advanced | Learn All the Functions to Manage Email, Organize your Inbox, and Become a Pro in 7 Days or Less Paperback – December 6, 2022

I received 2 copies of this book and I only ordered one. I am returning it because it didn't tell me what the first step was in establishing an Outlook email account. I guess I have to wait for one of my IT children to fix that on my laptop.

Information in the book works will with my age understanding. Thank you

No Outlook secrets revealed, this is an elementary description into to outlook.

This was a big disappointment for me. I knew it would be short but hoped it would be helpful. There was very little information in it. In addition, there isn't even an index. My questions are still unanswered, and I am blundering along using help and Google to search for answers.

There are basic tools in most email systems that are not even covered here. For example, importing a list of contacts from another email package. In GMail it is a clearly explained and quick process. This book doesn't even cover that and if you check on the internet, the process is less than clear. The book takes up a large amount of space telling the reader of program features rather than how to use those features. It also uses 2 pages to cover alternative programs

This book seems to be written by someone living in a third world country.It is terribly written and offers No help.Do Not Waste Your $

This is written as if a fifth grader wrote it. It is overly simple and doesn’t get into any detail. If you have opened the program you have gotten as far in detail as this book.

There is almost no content just 88 pages of vague descriptions and no screen shots or real descriptions of how to. The book does have a nice cover. I will be returning this book.

I completely agree with the last two reviews that gave the lowest possible rating.Just 60 pages of large, unstructured text, not a single screen shot and lots of unexplained terms that were not familiar to me. Extremely badly written, logically disorganised, and the key topics that I had expected to deepen my knowledge appear to be missing.So where did those earlier 5 star reviews come from? And why does one reviewer say,"I learned some new things and appreciate what the author did including tons of screenshots and step-by-step walk-through with examples. "As already said there are no screen shots at all in what I received. What 'walk-throughs' there were mostly didn't seem to match up with my own screen.So what's going on here? Has this hotch-potch been substituted for a previous helpful book under the same title and ISBN?

I can't believe I paid £13 for this. There is absolutely nothing you wouldn't figure out by just playing with Outlook for half an hour. There are no illustrations, numbering/bullet points or bold text. It is just one solid difficult-to-read block of text.

Very small, very badly written. Dreadful layout. Completely gave up on this waste of money. Very disappointed

Firstly 10 pages of introduction.Bought to find out how to stop Scam E Mails nothing in the guide what so ever.For me a waste of money.
