Beautiful headset, amazing build quality, mic is wonderful but the sound is not great. Perfect for talking to friends but for music, film and everything in between, I'd search elsewhere. It's a real shame as its a gorgeous bit of kit.

Sound quality is beautiful, they fit very comfortably even for my small head and ears :)Microphone easily added/removed and has very good quality sound. Would definitely buy again.

Would have received 4 stars since they have good sound, good mic and a good look however I've only had it for 2 months and one of the ears are already broken and loose. I've never dropped them, hit them with anything or even done anything other than put the on my head and take them off. You also can't separate each output from one another so the wire, unless used for Xbox, is very bulky. Unable to return/replace too so a 1 star from me.

Very low volume despite testing in ps4, phone and other devices. Headset was on max volume in system settings and on the headset and was very underwhelming. Seems well built but shame about the actual audio. Returned within 2 hours of opening.

So after the FIRST time I got this headset, Yup the first time, I was very happy. As a gamer, I was looking for a good quality surround sound with just a 3.5mm jack, and this headset delivered. The sound was very good quality, and the headset was comfortable to wear. For £40, I thought the product was a steal. Soon after the 30-day return policy ended, the headset broke, as pictured. I thought I must have received a faulty headset, so I contacted the seller (Biosyntec UK) and explained what happened, and they were very courteous and understanding, and sent me a second one with no extra charge. Now, 30 days later, again! The second headset has snapped off exactly the same way as the first. I don't believe its a coincidence both headsets break the same way after exactly the same length of time. The product itself is faulty and needs a revision. I recommend paying the extra quid for a better product.
