I really do enjoy this book! Personally it’s more of a coffee table book to me then a sit down and get really invested book, but I knew that going in and that’s exactly what I was looking for. It’s cool to look at how different the advertisement's were years ago compared to today. From the artistic style to even the wording used. I would definitely recommend if you were interested in something like this :)

Book was a little smaller than anticipated, but is packed with the high quality graphics and narrative that have come to epitomize Taschen works. Chapters of ads are done chronologically, for the most part in 10 year intervals, from 1900 - 1999. And a "selected" index allows you to find your favorites, and follow their evolution through the years. Highly recommend.

I have a bunch of Taschen books and this one has almost all the ads and images from those. Save your money and just get All American Ads

I love this series and was excited to add this to my collection. The dimensions in the listing are incorrect. This volume is quite a bit smaller than the others in the set. Actual dimensions for the Alcohol & Tobacco volume are 6.5 x 9 x 1.5. The other volumes are 8 x 10 x 2. You can see in the photo it doesn’t go with the set. I am sure it’s a great addition to you collection but, I’m returning mine.

Muy buen libro para tener de referencia sobre publicidad de alcohol y tabaco durante el siglo 20, desde 1900 hasta 1999. Solo está en Ingles, Francés y Aleman. Pero muy buena calidad de imagenes e impresión.
