Moskito Guard Insect Repellent - Wipes (Recommended by Leading UK Travel Health Experts)

Mosquitos did not like this, they stayed away.

Don't leave many reviews but these are really fantastic — I used these for a week in southern Italy in August and didn't get bitten once — and I'm one of those people who always gets bitten and is allergic to mosquito bites (as a control, in the afternoon before I started using them, I was bitten three times). They don't contain horrible DEET or drying alcohol, smell inoffensive, and are not at all sticky or greasy. Though bigger people may find they need two, one wipe was enough for my whole body. As an added bonus, the wipe means they don't count towards liquid allowance when flying, and there's no chance of them leaking anywhere.

Usually buy Deet products and tried this in Cambodia ( as Deet tends to melt nail varnish and is super chemically). I always get bitten no matter what I use but products like this reduce the number of bites to 1 or 2. Great product, smells pleasant and didn’t ruin any clothing etc. I usually find wipes not as effective as cream / spray but these seemed to work just as effectively as the spray version of the same product. I’d not buy Deet ever again. I’m converted.

Having just returned from a holiday in Goa i'm suprised to say these wipes are great. We packed the usual jungle formula 50% deet and also some lifesystems spray... we were both on the mosquito dining menu for the first 3 days, the wife decided to have a go with these wipes, neither of us got bit again using these for the duration of our holiday, it may be a fluke but for the price they are worth a try !!

Holiday

As in my previous review of the spray there needs to be a spray that works just like it says on the can pardon the pun. If a mosquito wants to bite she will bite. Lovely smell and easy to use.

Arrived by date expected and proved handy size to put in travel bag on days out in the Carribbean

Seemed to keep the flying insects off me (mozzies), but not all the small bitting beetles, but had much less bites than I normally get - they usually love me, so would buy again.
