Also avoid if you suffer plantar facilitas as in you cant feel your heel so walk flat footed & need an item which lifts your heel NOT your arch.Do not recommend but for £6.99 what was I expecting??

These are the worst things I have ever tried they are absolute agony to wear have more pain with these than with the plantar fasciitis itself don't waste your money would have returned had I not cut them to size
