It’s easy to fill up right from the kitchen faucet and then I add about an ounce or two of tea tree oil with Epsom salt foot soaks which smells so good and just adds another dimension to the spa-like experience.One of my favorite features is how quiet it is—you can enjoy a relaxing massage without any annoying noise – just the soothing sound of bubbles if you choose to engage that feature. The bubbles along with the 3D massage balls provide a deep, soothing massage that feels like a mini hot spring. The intelligent temperature control is perfect for keeping the water just right without having to add more hot water.The remote control is a fantastic feature that allows me to control the foot spa without having to bend down. I bought this spa originally for its space saving qualities after my last one broke. I have only ever had a standard foot spa made of hard plastic with little foot rollers on the bottom. Nothing fancy. I am mad at myself I didn't switch sooner! The remote, temperature control, everything makes this spa worth every penny. My favorite feature by far is just having the temperature control. It allows me to soak my feet for much longer and feel comfortable. It's well constructed and very, very deep....which I also love. One month in and it's getting almost daily use in our home! BUY IT.

After doing hours of research on the various foot spas, including reading many reviews and watching a lot of videos, I finally decided to purchase the Costway foot spa. It comes with a basket for herbs I thought was terrific. It had been a toss up between the Hospan and Costway (each having good reviews). The following day after receiving and using the Costway I decided to gift the Hospan "contender" to a distant friend to experience the benefits of a foot spa. I ordered the Hospan for them but forgot to change the address appropriately so it instead was delivered to me.. (likely a Freudian slip) but I immediately ordered one for that friend making sure the address was correctly changed this time. So now we have 2, which is fine so we can foot spa as a couple. 😉 These are very different foot spas though. My feet are still 'buzzing' 1/2 an hour after the Hospan foot bath with the Shiatsu rollers being quite strong and effective! The bubbles feature initially underwhelmed me being such a light stream of them.. They must've been enough, however, since my feet feel very well stimulated after the bath which lasted about 15 minutes. I love the remote control which makes it so easy to increase/decrease the temp or change any setting easily without needing to lean down to the unit to do so. I took off one star due to what I found to be a bit of a compact experience, however. The Hospan does not have the internal space that the Costway does. I wear a size 10 in ladies shoes & felt as though my feet seemed a tad large for the unit. The rollers on the Costway unit hit my feet perfectly with the rollers on the Hospan missing the marks in a way which mattered somewhat comfortwise during the bath. I also felt like my toes were too close to the front of the unit & thought it would possibly accommodate a smaller foot better. Genuinely, the bottom line is this: My feet feel absolutly fabulous after the Hospan foot bath!! I can tell it really did nice things to my circulation and left my feet feeling well & tingling. The Costway was a roomy experience and felt very nice during the bath but didn't provide that nice buzzing feeling afterward that let me know how well of a circulatory boost I got with the Hospan. They're each winners in different ways and I'm happy for my slip up in accidentally sending an extra foot bath to my own address. Guess I won't be getting a new pair of hiking boots with the expense of the 3 foot baths.. Still, it's good to share in this experience with others.. I didn't know what I was missing in not having a foot spa and I'm definitely not the only one with aching feet in this house. Signing off..~ Happy Feet

You can get a high quality pedicure with this! This is so easy to use and is portable. This is so simple that i'm shocked. The remote works great too.Great foot spa and massages the feet well.My advise is to not use the massage nodes too aggressively, so that it wouldn't hurt your feet but it's worth getting, imo!

The media could not be loaded. Machine looks pretty and that’s about it. It does heat up well although there are hardly any bubbles and you can barely feel the rotation of the massage balls. Sayin that there is 3 massage modes is a bit far fetched when honestly it’s just the speed that has changed and that’s slight as well. Paying over $100 I honestly expected a little more than this. My feet hurt a lot and I was really hoping this was going to be amazing. I read the reviews before buying so I truly am feeling let down. I will be returning this.

The only complaint i have is that it doesn't have a drain, so you have to turn it up to pour out the water, and it an be heavy. Otherwise, this product is great. The heating element is not as fast as I thought it would be but it works plenty well and the massaging elements feel good. It collapses down for storage easily and I love the color. The depth is perfect too because I like for my ankles to have water around them as well. There are products that have the drain on the side if you want but it seemed more expensive for same quality and adding that option. Would recommend.

The foot soak itself is great. Heats up nicely but the amount of times a slew of water has poured onto the floor from accidentally bumping a side and the thing collapses.
