Can you use the odyssey staples with the mercury stapler?

Hello. No. You will need to use the Mercury staples, as these are designed for these. Any other size could cause problems with the stapler. I hope that this helps.

Are these staples suitable for an old Rexel Romalang 17?

Sorry i am not familiar with that model, i have a Rexel Odyssey stapler which uses heavy duty 26/6 staples and can staple up to 60 sheets at a time, the Odyssey makes light work of iot too.
