Amazing value and delivered free on Amazon Prime.Keeps the pressure well but ended up using a bike track pump to inflate it.I couldn't imagine doing it with the included pump - it was hard enough with a bike pump!

Finally something refreshing! Thumbs up to the idea and design! The Gym Ball in my favourite colour, which matches with the photos, with bunch of dots! Seems to be durable and good quality. It can be used for yoga or any other exercising.So far I have been using it mostly for sitting in front of my workstation instead of a chair. It is also a perfect complement to my apartment. :) The ball arrived in a lovely dotted box with an instruction leaflet and a pump. It was easy to inflate with the pump. It took me only several minutes. I don't regret the money I spent and would buy it again.

Too small for my frame -- I'm 5'6 with longish legs. Feels a bit less sturdy than I'd like for sitting on.

Bought during pregnancy, I switched between this and my office chair at work. This is the perfect height to sit at a desk providing you inflate it fully. I bought another one to have at home which really helped with pelvic discomfort and back pain. Bouncing on it gently can help baby to get in position too!

Apparently, this was a 65cm ball. But, it's not. It's easily closer to 90/100cm. Very pretty, for a swiss ball!

its an amazing ball and is better than i expected ,having the box for it is great for storage ,the dots are coming of i bit but only on a few of them so i think its a great ball
