The extra length was key, since I sit far away from my TV and want to be able to plug in a movie from my computer. Very durable, shielded cable is nice. It's actually longer than I needed but easily shortened by coiling it up and velcroing around the coil.

Wanted a way to hook my computer up to my big screen from across the room so I could work on the couch while playing on the big screen. I tried one of those all in 1 adapters with USB and HDMI but would get weird latency or signal drops, but not with this piece! Works great.

I use this to connect my MacBook to my oled to use as a monitor. It connects instantly and doesn’t give me any problems with the picture on tv/ no flickering black or having to mess around with getting the angle it’s plugged into right.10/10 build quality10/10 data transfer10/10 durability10/10 would recommend

I bought one of these two months ago and finally got around to using it for PC to TV. It worked for maybe 30 minutes then failed. Outside of return window so I am SOL. DON'T BUY.

It does *exactly* what it's supposed to. It's a heavy-duty braided cable that cleanly delivers 4K HDMI signal.I use it to run my 55" TV as a second monitor for my Surface Pro, letting me sit way back in the recliner and write my words on the big screen.

I got this USB-C to HDMI cable from Elecan for the purpose of being able to have my phone play streaming videos when I am traveling in hotels so I can watch movies and TV shows. This cable does serve that purpose. The cable is a quality made nylon that is flexible and the connections are very solid.It is pretty much plug and play. I have a Galaxy S10 phone and I needed to turn off Samsung Dex in order for the TV to mirror my phone. Once I found out that I needed to turn Dex off, the phone mirrored the TV with ease and the speed was really good and I was able to watch movies while laying in bed in my hotel room thanks to the 12 foot long nylon cord without getting out of bed. I found the picture quality to be solid (not necessarily true 4K, but definitely HD quality), the audio was a bit weak and I needed to turn up the volume. Also, please know that this cable will not charge your phone.One important note, if you have any plans to use this to mirror your laptop screen, you will need to check if your computer has Display Alt capabilities. If not, this cable will not work. My laptop is older and it does not work with it, but I did not need it for that. Dex works well for that with the normal charging cable.

Set up is easy. Our son has it running in 10 minutes or less.

The description claims the cable works with Apple products, including Macbook. It does not work at all with Apple Silicon (I tested both with M2 and M3), which means it is incompatible with any Apple system from the last 3 years. The video cuts out every 2-3 seconds, rendering the cable utterly useless.
