I've been using the product now for some time. Installation was simple. Programming of The fingerprint reader was simple. Only problem I had was when door is open it will sometimes press the button that activates or deactivates locking mechanism. Meaning if not careful you can shut door and it would still allow everyone access. Overall a good product for the price. I like the addition of being able to charge it should it have a dead battery. And I like the manual key if needed. The combination part works well. Would recommend for anyone looking for a little bit of additional security and low security areas. Due to the design of handle will not withstand rugged impact if someone was forcefully trying to enter. So don't use in a high security setting. But for everyday standard use in a low security setting is worth the price. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

This was decently priced and of good quality. It was fairly easy to install. The app is just a little clunky but seems to work just fine. When setting up the fingerprint, be patient. It says it will tell you when to remove your finger for the multiple readings, when a partial print shows, remove then replace your finger quickly until all the reads are done. It also didn’t accurately locate my address but close enough. Over all a good buy.

I installed this on my bedroom door. Children live in the house and I have things they do not need to play with such as firearms, which I keep up anyways but the extra security is a major plus. Get good batteries and it will last a long time. I love the keys that come with it and that you can attach a phone or Power bank to it when the battery dies.

When I originally purchased this the keypad stopped working after less than 6 months of use. The seller quickly responded and sent me a replacement. So far, the replacement works great. Thank you

When it works it's great. I haven't had any of the issues that others complained about where fingerprints were not recognized. When it was working it would read my print 95% of the time. However, the first set of batteries it came with only lasted a few days, then I put in new Energizer batteries and it worked for a few weeks, then would beep at random times, and finally stopped waking up for fingerprints, forcing me to use the key or a portable phone charger to enter my office.I use the door a few times daily so others' results may be better or worse.A few days ago I replaced it with a mechanical lock that works pretty well and doesn't beep.Too bad it's past the return date.

Very good quality lock, easy to install and config.Problem is... It is not smart. It's just a fingerprint reader. I liked it a lot so I kept it but with a bit of a bitter taste since I was fooled on the smart part of the lock.

It seems great, looks great, was easy to install but not the best design and is faulty. It auto locks behind which is annoying. There is no way to tell if it’s actually locked from the inside without opening the door to test the handle from the outside. And it also seems as though it can’t handle cold weather. Since the temp got below freezing the fingerprint reader does not work and after you open the door it just continues to beep.

Took a bit of planning once I got the product. My old spring bolt had a circular lip and this has a rectangular lip. I didn't noticed this in any of the photos so it was a surprise. It would have been good to provide this info or a copy of the actual install guide to plan ahead. Anyway, I had to chisel 1-2 mm deep to flush this in. And then had to align this spring bolt to the existing pinch plate. I had trouble with the connecting pipe since it was in a diamond position instead of a square to match the orientation of the front handle. As soon as I figured how to align this to both squares, installing the rest was easy. It took me longer than probably should have if I didn't have to do some chisel work. The video on this site helped. The guide that came has clear programming instructions. Make sure you have the right measurements before you buy. I used this one as my trial and now I would purchase more.Compared to the old lock, the plate sizes are about the same and scratch marks are well covered. The handle is thicker but you can get used to it.
