I’ve taken Tesco multivitamins and mineral for a year with no problems. Ordered these as Tesco out of stock and I’ve choked on one where it was restricting my breathing and I’d to force myself to bring it up, and now last night a couple of days later one has stuck in my throat and refused to shift so was a distressing night and now have a sore throat from the tablet having been lodged at the top of my esophagus. I tried these as I need a good multi vit with Iron I didn't check the levels until have been using they are are sadly low at 9mg when supposed to be 14mg like almost all over multi's like these on the market. I have had to stop these & take a better quality multi with the correct doses for an adult and not these ones, my husband is finishing these.

I took one tea time last night when they arrived and over night in bed my head was red hot and needed to put my small fan on blowing in my face. I’m not sure if something in these my body doesn’t like. I cannot give full stars for this reason.

Good all-round multi vitamin, useful to take over the winter months. I try not to overdo vitamins and instead focus on eating a balanced diet with plenty of fruit/veg to get vitamins that way. For those that need supplements, these are pretty decent. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Didn't have an issue taking them either. At £15 a pot they're not that cheap. I think there isn't a great deal to choose between multi-vits so get what's on offer is my general advice.
