Love the wetsuit part of this. When I took it off my baby there was a nice bit of steam, meaning it kept him nice and toasty.However, the 'nappy' part wasn't great, I guess I should have ordered the larger size in, as they seem awfully tight - I couldn't face fighting them past his knees and gave up.I'd probably just buy the suit if I was buying it again as I use huggies swimmer nappies anyway (or buy the bigger nappy part).

This is our second wetsuit from SwimBest and I do feel that it is a brilliant suit which is well made and certainly does a good job, however my only niggle is that I bought the next size up in bottoms for my daughter (9-12 months for a 6 month old) and I find that whilst the waist is slightly big which I expected, the legs are still a little tight and she is by no means a super chubby baby, so this leaves me a little concerned about her comfort and whether I will need to buy the next size up sooner rather than later. If I do, what does that mean for the waist??

Ordered the 6-12 months for my boy who has just turned 6 months and I used the size guide to be certain on size. The legs on the shorts are ridiculously tight to the point of cutting off circulation. The body suit fits him but I'll be buying a bigger size in the next month as it is a snug fit. I wasn't expecting something that is suppose to be 6-12 months to be so small. I would expect a bit of growing room at least. I think you need to review your size guides. The phrase "you get what you pay for" comes to mind. I wouldn't buy this product or recommend it to anyone.

This is our second one we like them that much, so easy to fit , nice and bright , make's Pipa my granddaughter safe and warm as well as it floats to add balance she loves to swim.

The 1 star is principally for the nappy part of the set. This is totally the wrong shape for a normal shaped baby on the 50th percentile. The nappy is far too tight around the knees and thighs, and extremely loose around the belly, to the point of being useless as a happy nappy. As a result we will have to purchase another neoprene happy nappy for our daughter to attend swimming lessons. We have been recommended by the swimming instructor to get the splash about brand instead.

This really does keep my baby warm in the pool and he can last about 40minutes in the pool but my only problem is the size! My son used this when he was 3 months old and after reading reviews i decided to go for the 6-12 months but now hes 5 months old and its a struggle to get the nappy on him and he is an average size for his age so definetely order the bigger size but i dont think it will last much longer tbh

We didn't get much chance to use this as we couldn't go swimming for a few weeks and my son had a growth spurt and didn't fit into the shorts. Jacket works well, even now he is over 3mo, and is very cute but we found the shorts to be average and the fit not as good as some other products on the market. Worked well while he was in the pool though.

Love the wet suit but should have paid attention to the other reviews regarding the tight legs on the shorts. Don't know many babies who have stick legs. Won't be wearing the shorts more than a few times as they are already terribly tight on my very small baby. Other than that, the suit is gorgeous, dries quickly and easy to get on and off.
