Can you guys work with amazon to figure the fsa out? it doesn’t qualify yet so i can’t pay with the card. the original one was able to be purchased.

I know it isn't nearly as convenient but you can always pay for it out of pocket and then reimburse yourself from your FSA/HSA, just make sure you keep receipts and everything come tax time.

What is the difference between the Miku Pro and the regular Miku?

Thank you for your question. Here are a few of the enhancements with the Miku Pro:

Sensor Size: The larger sensor size on Miku Pro means that more light can be absorbed by each pixel. This means much improved performance in low-light and darkness. We can present a clearer color image with less light in the room and greatly enhanced, clear picture in darkness with IR night vision.

Field of View: Wider field of view (FOV) allows you to see more of the environment around your baby's crib.

Processor: More cores allow for more parallel processing which enables more advanced algorithms to be implemented to improve the performance of our monitoring.

Ambient Light Sensor: Miku Pro's digital light sensor can do more than just tell the camera to switch to night vision mode. The data can be captured and sent to the cloud where it can be used by our analytics to provide a more comprehensive picture of how the environment in the room can affect the baby's sleep.

5 GHz Wi-Fi: Support for 5 GHz allows for higher speed connections provides immunity against interference in the crowded 2.4 GHz spectrum which can cause degradation in Wi-Fi performance. Note, however, that 5 GHz has shorter range than 2.4 GHz, which could have some impact in scenarios where the router is far away from Miku.

USB-C: More reliable and energy efficient power source.

Button LED: The Miku Pro offers the ability to adjust the brightness of the button LED. This setting is persistent across all of the various light patterns and boot cycles. The companion apps allow the user to set the brightness with a slider control. Additionally, we can now implement various light patterns to indicate different states and stages of operation such as the progress through onboarding or WiFi Setup.

Accuracy past age 12? My 11 year old has epilepsy and sleep apnea so real time accuracy is extremely important.

The Miku Pro's local processor works to send breathing, sleep analytics, 1080p HD video, and alerts with no latency so you will be able to check on your child in real time.
