Confusing but brilliant once you've cracked it!
Our family feedback:Indulging, immersive mystery game with artistic cards and atmospheric gameplay. When you get hard cards its actually cool, because it makes you work harder and more imaginatively to communicate the clues. I love it (10yr old).Satifying to play. When you crack the case at the end there is a huge sense of achievement. Betting element is also great. (10yr old)Its a game that as a big family of 7 we keep coming back to. (43yr old Dad)Competetive games usually end in tears in this house, but this co-op game is great for our family (12yr old)Being the ghost is super stressful and so i totally avoid that role, which is fine because the boys love being ghost. Its quite long....which is again a little taxing for my short attention span. But ultimately it is a game that plays to each person's unique strengths without penalising younger players or giving advantages to the 'brainy' members of the family, or the most vocal, etc,,,, so a real levellel. (42yr old Mama)If you are umming or erring over whether to buy it....do it! we play it alot and believe me we are super picky and critical gamers.

A well crafted game both aesthetically and a change from Cluedo
Bought as a Christmas game for family. Easy mode very quick to learn, I would suggest minimum players is 4. 1 ghost 3 psychics. Nice art work. Once you learn the game you can advance to the more difficult styles. Entertaining, a slant on Cluedo but not a copy. Team effort.

Fun for all
The game is very easy to set-up and understand. Especially fun with more people and a higher difficulty, plus the additional benefits of the raven's for the ghost give the game that extra layer of depth.

Great varied team gameplay
Really high-quality game, with fun team gameplay! We've played it a few times, and it's totally different every time. The board game has enough pieces to make it fun and special, and all of high quality (my biggest gripe about modern games is that they often seem so cheaply-made). The artwork on the 'Vision Cards' is beautiful, as is the design on the rest of the board. Gameplay is different for 2-3 players and 4-7, and can also be adjusted for how difficult you want the game to be: it does take some time to sit down and read and understand the rules, but a slow game with the rules open and it won't take you long to pick it up. Suitable for teenagers and up.Gameplay has a set end-point, so it's not totally open-ended like Monopoly. The background to the game is very atmospheric and you can amp up these aspects during gameplay if you have a good storyteller among you!BEST THING - all players are working towards the SAME goal, and everyone has to help each other out. Either everyone succeeds or everyone loses, making for a more enjoyable game.Absolutely recommend buying this board game: I bought it for my sister and then one for myself too!

Cluedo with nobs on.
The Game board and pieces are quality and I especially like the box that accommodates all of the pieces in place nicely.Played this with my wife and 12 year old daughter. Tried to download the music with link /QR CODE but it didn’t work.A little disappointed that the gameplay isn’t a little more sophisticated and be prepared for long set up and head scratching sessions trying to understand the rules.Once you get your head around it - this is Cluedo - 6 weapons, 6 characters and six rooms to choose from. Rather than using elimination, you try to guess who, where and how from abstract cards. The cards are selected by the ‘ghost’ but are really so abstract that it’s quite tricky to match the card to the clue. This game plays better if you make it atmospheric, I knocked once for yes on a correct guess, turned the lights down, even get a candle or two.A Good quality, long set-up version of Cluedo with a twist. Is it worth the money or effort? Not so sure.

Great Dixit and cluedo mix
Personally I'm not a fan of cluedo... it's a game of rolling a dice waiting for everyone else to do the same... then maybe you get to a room and ask a question.... but then you have to roll again and wait for your turn......On the surface this seems simular. Your trying to find a person object and place that a person was murdered. What makes this so good is that one player plays the victim and communicates through visions... which in this case is a load of random cards that whilst are beautifully drawn look like the artist has been on some intoxicants. The ghost will try and match the card they give you with the person weapon or place they want you to guess. They will then give one to your friends who are also trying to guess... a completely different card. This is all done at the same time, even better, your on the same team so your team mates can help you.The main reason this game is so good is that the ghost can't speak at all.... the frustration of watching someone pick the right card only for a friend to say "are you sure its not this one?" And then they pick something completely different is hilarious.Basically this is a fix for cluedo and as far as I'm concerned everyone should get it. It's a great family game and because it can accommodate up to 7 players it's pretty good for groups too.
