I bought this item to control the strength of the water flow in my showerhead. My showerhead's flow restrictor was extremely restrictive, and its resultant weak stream made it pretty difficult (and take much more time) to rinse shampoo out of my hair, so I removed the restrictor. This resulted in a comically strong flow, and I hoped this valve would allow me to adjust the flow to my liking. It does this perfectly.Additionally, the construction is rock-solid, the handle has very smooth action, and making adjustments is very easy.

My husband put these on the low point drains on our fifth wheel. They were easy to install, and the off/on is so simple to use. We couldn't be happier, and recommend that if you're on the fence, just get them.

Screwing it in was a bit difficult, but now draining is easy. Ball valve works well, turns easily, doesn’t leak.

Nice valve, zero leaks! I've used Binks stainless steel air valves which are top of the line but ridiculously expensive $80+. Appears to be very well made, I am certain the manufacturer didn't take the time to polish the exterior and powder coat the blue handle while leaving the internals substandard. No problem making leak proof 1/4" NPT connections, and the threads are indeed tapered, just not excessively long, so an extra turn or two of teflon tape guarantees a snug connection without bottoming out. These were installed in a professional architectural woodworking shop at the bottom drain ports of two leaky ARO air/water filter cans, where I had to tap 1/4" NPT female threads. Both are now leak free at 160 PSI. Would I buy these again? This is my second purchase of the exact same item under a different "brand name", so I'd say yes! For the price, how can I possibly go wrong?

Installing a new shower tower in our master bath. There were no shut off valves on the hot and cold water lines. These 1/2" mini ball valves have corrected that problem at a very reasonable price. No longer have to shut off the main water valve.
