Seems sturdy and well constructed. Colour/fabric as expected. No reflection on the product itself, but Amazon delivery left packages in my driveway out in the rain instead of carrying them the additional 25 feet to my large covered front porch. Boxes were soggy and falling apart as we moved them. That said, the contents were so well packed and protected, it didn't harm the sofa pieces at all.This being a section sofa, it arrived in three pieces and required assembly. The directions are clear and if all is as it should be, it's a very simple process. However, the threading in the corner piece where one of the large bolts was intended to connect from the side piece was recessed and at an angle so that the bolt didn't connect. After a conversation with customer support at Bush Furniture (phone number included with assembly instructions) and emailing a few photos of the issue, they agreed it was defective and sent a replacement corner piece. It arrived a week or so later and then assembly was no trouble.It's sometimes scary to purchase larger items online because returns are challenging, but this is an example of how good it can be. We are happy with the sectional sofa and if we can prevent our cats destroying it, it seems like it will last a good long while.This sofa is available in three sizes, but all are symmetrical. Would have liked to have a shorter side and longer side in my case, but we settled on the smaller of the sizes and it's still quite nice.

Sectional was super easy to assemble but beware, this is very small scale. Seat depth when back cushions are on is 21 inches. I’m 5’4” and I feel like a giant sitting on it.
