Works well but not much in the bottle

Unfortunately this did not work for us.

This is the second time we've bought this due to needing two more rolls due to more potted plants.

So far no slugs or snails, my parents use it too & they have had none either. Had lots of rain the past couple of days too but no slippery friends as yet.

*****updated review*****I bought this years ago and successfully grew a courgette plant and no slugs passed the tape so now I’ve built a raised bed I thought I’ll buy it again. It’s just not the same quality tape I got the first time round. It tore easily when applying and even when taking the cling film type wrap of it - it split the tape down the centre and it was unusable. Disappointing and definitely not the same quality that it used be.——————————————————————Original review..This product has the feel of a good quality heavy tin foil in tape form. It wasn’t flimsy or thin and was more than sticky enough to do the job. I dry wiped my pots to ensure no dust before applying. I’ve only just planted my plants in these pots and I take it that’s the best way to approach the control of pests. If you already have a problem the tape can do little for you. Many slugs burrow under the soil during the day so will already be present in your pots. I’ve applied this to four medium to large pots and I still have a small amount left. You can’t get it smooth, it does wrinkle but it is still aesthetically pleasing and as long as it does the job I’m happy. I will update my review should any slugs manage to cross this.

We noticed little slugs in our kitchen tiled floor/ cold. This has really helped make a difference and I’ve not seen any since putting this down

I cut my hands on this tape, the sides are very sharp thin metal and it had no warning.It also stuck to itself and I wasted half just trying to apply it to a clean surface.Very short, only did 3 pots

Dont know why I even tried finding this in local (20 miles away) store, just had to wait for a good dry before applying to tubs, I did get a bit tangled up in it but that's my fault, will buy again in future.
