bad product
This is my second purchase of the same product. i am facing the same issue suddenly the feeder stopped working and both red and blue lights, showing. I tried every way to reset the feeder but none of them worked and even I sent an email to buyorca team to help me in troubleshooting the issue but didn't receive any reply. This is a very bad product and it's a waste of money. very bad experience

Stopped working after 7 months
I bought this pet feeder at the end of April 2023 and it worked perfectly. In fact, in was pleased with it. But today at 2/12/2023 it stopped working. Such disappointedupdate: today (11/12/2023) when i opened the tuya app it asked to reconnect the feeder after i left it and started to feed my cat manually again. im happy that it worked again but still wondering why it stopped working for no reason and began working again later after 9 days. good thing i left it connected to the electricity

Excellent product so far
Very easy installation, works fine with Smart life app, adjust the portion 3 +2+3, three times a day 1portion is very less. Works well with battery backup in case of power failure.

Don’t waste your money on this
I purchased this back in July and it was working perfectly fine until now in august it wouldn’t connect or even reset. I thought maybe I could put in the batteries but even then it did the same thing it didn’t work. Don’t waste your money not worth it.

It’s pathetic
Bought two of these four months ago. The first one stopped working three months in and the second one stopped working a month ago. Tried contacting the seller to redeem its warranty and was unable to get in touch. Also, Amazon representatives were no help in resolving the issue either. Would not recommend this product to anybody until its issues are addressed.

My cats are now on diet plan
Bought this for my cats diet plan as I have to put their dry food on schedule instead of the used to be free food always. So far it is working. You can set a feeding plan, access it through Tuya App where if you have other device connected there then it is so convenient. Thank you for the discount.
