I received this furniture set about a week ago in two boxes. One of them was partially busted open along one side, and that immediately gave me concern about potentially missing or damaged pieces. Thankfully, everything arrived fine. Here are my findings after having used the set for a few days sitting out on the patio and enjoying the limited sunshine we have had in California.PROS- Very well-packaged. Even survived some rough handling by FedEx- Fairly inexpensive- Easy installation/assembly: all screws are the same size so I did not have to check which one went to which hole- Wrench was included, and so no additional tools were required- Very straight-forward, easy to follow instructions- No lingering smell after a few hours- VERY comfortable cushions- Material seems well made- All parts were labeled with letters that corresponded with the ones in the instructions (making part identification easy)CONS- The included wrench made my fingers VERY sore after tightening all the screws. I suggest you use your own, proper tool instead- There was an initial, strong smell after unpacking the parts, but went away after a few hours of airing out- Am not a fan of the "PamaPic" logo plate at the front of the furniture pieces as it stands out a lot. Thankfully, it was easy to break the logo plate for removal. I believe it would be much better to have the logo placed ONLY at the BACK of the furniture instead so it is less intrusiveOverall, this set of furniture looks great in our backyard and lends a very relaxing, luxurious feel to the patio without the high prices we found in retail stores.

I've had my set for just under a week and it looks exactly how I wanted. It is exactly what I expected...HOWEVER, this set is not for someone who sits outside often and for long lengths of time. I enjoy my porch, I am outside everyday for hours. Yesterday I went to a store that shall not be named and had to purchase better cushions. The cushions that come with are already denting and flattening under my weight (160.) Other than that I love this set!

The rattan and style of the set is BEAUTIFUL!!!! ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!! I gave it a 4 because of the cushions. Frankly, I didn't really believe the reviews of how cheap the cushions were until I actually saw for myself.... The cushion cover material is shiny, thin and VERY cheap. The cushions were also cheap and you can see one is lopsided. CHEAP is the only word that accurately describes these cushions! That being said, the set is BEAUTIFUL and the cushion issue was easily solved. We went to the At Home Store and purchased new cushions. For accuracy in depiction, I posted a pic of the cushions that came with the set and a pic with the new cushions. The set was very EASY to put together. I am a woman and did it myself with the little tool that came with it. My husband tightened more with his drill tool.

They look nice and steady. Do not like the seating hight 13’ with out the foam. Cushions are not good quality. Leaves a seating mark that doesn’t bounce back and I Only have them for 4 days. I have to buy other cushions the originals are made from low quality foam and Already feels uncomfortable. As of today 4/8/20 customer service contacted me and took care of the problem with the cushions . 5 stars to customer service . i will definitely comment this company and the product

Furniture too small for Americans. Made in China but shipped from California. Pampaic Company was very unprofessional in handling my returns and “haggled” me to death about trying to get me to pay for the hefty postage rate of return.. Took me a looong time to get my 100% money back. Do not purchase from this company!
