This looks nothing like the photos. It’s a cheap metal smiling plastic skull with the plastic edges showing from where it’s been taken out of a larger bit of plastic.

I have a lazy eye and was hoping to find an eye patch that would train it back to normal. Unfortunately, I only found party pirate patches. This seemed the best of the bunch. However, it was embarassing opening my front door whilst welcoming visitors and I became annoyed by the "Aaaargh!s" they gave me. It was much better when the skull and crosed bones fell off the pad. For a party, it's great value.
