Had these for 2 weeks now and already seeing results, perfect for my home gym as can use anywhere. Very impressed and really good value!!

I have bought theses bands to help with my rehabilitation to gain strength and flexibility after surgery. I have to say the versatility of the bands is excellent with a clear to follow pictorial guide complete with the kit to assist you. I have only been using them for a brief period but they seem to be up to the challenge and hopefully will last a long time. All bands are colour coded and clearly marked the band strength marked on them in pounds and kilos .The comprehensive starter kit comes all stored in a handy storage bag , extra exercises can be found online to cater from beginner to professional athlete.

Ordered this fully expecting a cheap-ass piece of plastic to arrive 2 weeks late.In fact, 3 days later I received a very high-quality piece of kit with all the bells and whistles...The kit consists of 5 latex resistance ropes with metal carabiners securely fixed to each end. You also get 4 resistance loops, 2 handles and ankle braces that feel like they've come straight out of a commercial gym, and a foam door fixture.The packaging is legit and fills you with confidence.Been using them for a couple of days now and with proper care and attention they should hopefully last quite a while. It's important to note that the stated product lifetime is 6 months for personal use, so if any of the ropes snap at that point they'll have served their purpose well. Bear in mind that latex is pretty durable but it's not bulletproof! Keep the ropes away from sharp objects... don't go wrapping them around a tree in the garden because they'll fray and you'll end up with a special edition black eye.They'll take some fair punishment but don't take the p*ss... remember they're not quite the steel cables you'll find in the gym.tl;dr: Great quality product, tad expensive but worth the money to keep your hard-earned gains during quarantine. Do slow negatives for high reps and it'll burn like hell.I'll report back if one of the ropes snaps and sparks me out.

Impossible to know what resistance each band is. They look nice though and they are good quality

The bands looked very thin rubber. My suspicion was correct. Band snapped in first week, fortunately with no injury, with very little tension. Now reluctant to put any tension on the other bands in case they snap also. Poor quality.

I must say, these are brilliant. Lockdown has seen everyone, including myself, looking for alternative ways to exercise. I bought these way before the pandemic and hardly used them, but with the gyms shutting, the have been a God send. I highly recommend these bands. Great quality, easy to set up and comes with a carry bag, exercise suggestions and straps for your legs so you don't miss leg day either!

These aren't really designed for someone of my size. Decided to buy some resistance bands to supplement my workout but they're mostly useless.I'm 6'4" and given the span and size of my limbs I struggled to get full extension/resistance (excersise depending.) Which kind of defeats the object of them to begin with. So how someone of smaller stature will fare with them I don't know.They're not a bad set for what you get, it's just most of it is useless for me.

They arrived on time and they are of a decent quality

I really like this product. The variety of attachments allows you to use it in different ways. Because the resistance increments start low at 5lbs it is ideal for gentle rehab unlike so many that start at 10 and increase in 10lb increments. The quality so far seems good.

Llevo con ellas un par de semanas y entreno con ellas a diario siguiendo algunos vídeos de Youtube que incluyen ejercicios para todos los grupos de músculos. En la foto que adjunto se ve todo lo que contiene la caja que recibí. Por ahora muy contento, puedo decir que se han cumplido mis expectativas. Espero seguir usándolas por mucho tiempo, auqnue el tiempo dirá qué tal se comportan frente al uso y al desgaste.

Je viens seulement de deballer le colis donc c'est un commentaire de premières impressions:Très bonne qualité perçue, mousqueton très robustes contrairement à d'autres revendeurs. Les cordes elastiques sont confectionnées de manières robustes et résistantes à la traction (Apres un essai rapide, agréablement surpris de la force résistante pourtant je suis assez puissant et je fais 90 kilos).Les bandes plates elastiques sont top aussi meme si je vais moins les utiliser. Si à l'utilisation je m'aperçois d'un vice de fabrication je mettrai à jour le commentaire...

È un kit davvero completo per un Home Workout e non solo. La qualità dei prodotti è buona, nessuna rottura o precoce logorio, inoltre il rapporto qualità prezzo è forse uno dei migliori. Sicuramente consigliato a chi si approccia al mondo del fitness senza troppe pretese, un neofita infatti può trarne sicuramente dei discreti vantaggi. Per quanto riguarda intermedi o avanzati invece potrebbe rappresentare un semplice vezzo. Da parte mia l ho trovato molto utile per il riscaldamento prima dell allenamento effettivo e lo utilizzo principalmente su allenamenti mirati alla mobilità. Usato con cognizione di causa può tornare molto utile anche a chi deve fare riabilitazione o simili.
