Very cinnamon-y
Very nice herbal infusion. Wouldn't recommend to those who don't like cinnamon as this flavour takes the foreground. Luckily, I am not one of those people, although I would not be able to have more than 2 cups per day.

Works well on anxiety/nervousness
This tea definitely has a calming effect. The last few mid-winter weeks I have experienced psychosomatic signs of anxiety raising up all over body and mind late afternoon/evening. The Tension Tamer tea does calm the physical shivering and pricky sensation around the body, thus making me more confident to bed. I have noticed that if I take it around 10:30 pm as I usually would do for any other herbal tea, I am still very sleepy at 8 am. I have now adjusted and take it around 9 pm, so I enjoy the relaxation throughout the evening and I wake up fresh. This tea actually tastes as much as it smells which is rare according to my husband, so much that now even he has adopted it for its taste.

Love it, no more than 1/2 a cup each time.
I love this tea, i used to buy it in Mexico and glad I could find it on Amazon in the UK. It really helps me to sleep but do not abuse it or you will struggle to wake up in the morning to go to work. It relaxes you WITHOUT knocking you out. No side effects, except feeling relaxed. 1/2 cup is more than enough. 1 full mug and you ' ll be over-sleeping... particularly good after a hard day.

I absolutely love this tea - it is a herbal tea I drink daily. It has a lovely flavour and I find it very soothing - Tension Tamer by name... This is by far my favourite in the Celestial Seasonings repertoire (I quite like the more widely available Sleepy Time too) and I do wish it was more widely available in supermarkets.Having said that, ordering through here was cheaper and it means I have a bit of stock. Recommended!

Good tea. My daighter and I drink this almost every day. I find it relaxing but she finfs it relaxes her very quickly.
