I just noticed my former review never posted, so I just added on. On shirt no2. Dog is 9 mos and a medium fits now. If he gets any bigger a L. He is now 75lbs and a tall black mouthed cur. Tall and skinny and it's clear a M will last another 5lbs before I need a L. So, I loved 1st one and on 2nd one and they are even improved! Well worth the purchase.PREVIOUS POSTI read all the previous reviews and honed in on the fact that these are designed specifically for big dogs. Most shirts I looked at were for small dogs and the 2xxl was way to small to even consider. I have a 5 mos old golden retriever/black mouthed cur that weighs 50lbs and tall and thin. He is at this time 26.5 " around chest. I ordered a SMALL and it fits perfectly. I wish I could afford 7 of them. However, they are washable and he LOVES it. He tends to lay in grass and chew on his belly and arm pits ALL the time. Since I put this on, he rarely scratches and seems much calmer. I have never had a big dog so afraid of things and I believe it's nerves that warrant the shirt. We run a mile 2xs a day and he gets plenty of exercise, but he is what he is and I love him enough to want him to be happier. I highly recommend the shirt and if you don't care about the color, look at the different prices for each color. Enjoy!

Fits perfectly, soft & comfy & stays in place. I LOVE that it buttons all the way down the front (tummy side). Our girl had a big surgery with a very large incision. Unbuttoned made it very easy to put on her, bad side first. I'll order more.

I wanted to give this a 5⭐ review. I get shirts for my boy because he is so allergic to Life... basically. I found that when he wears shirts and sweaters he tends to not break into hives as often. And this is on top of his meds, shot, and medicated baths. Also, he's a larger breed, so it's very hard to find clothing that fits him well. We purchased this shirt, because of the great reviews. I'll start with the positives first.The Pros:1. It's super cute!2. Light weight.3. Soft.4. The snaps! Yes, so easy on and off.5. My baby boy actually enjoys being in it.The Cons:1. Sizing is a touch off. He fit into this orginal purchase, but, I could tell immediately that with any real movement the snaps in the front, chest area, weren't going to hold. It was just a touch snuggie.2. So, I went ahead and purchased the next size up, because this shirt is so awesome. However, when I returned the smaller shirt, even though this was "Amazon Prime", the seller charged me half of the cost of the product! What?!?! I had to pay to exchange it for a size that fit. That sucked. Especially since it was sold as a Prime product. If it wasn't for this cruddy return policy, I would have given this product the full five stars. I mean, I bought another shirt for crying out loud! So, I feel a little cheated. Anyway, it's a great shirt, good quality, well made, you won't be disappointed. But, if you have a pup with a broader chest, I highly recommend that you just size up. Otherwise, you will end up paying for it. 🙂

This is wonderful. Honey is a 93lb lab. Menopause. (,lol) she on a diet and we have to walk everyday. She 14 and has a lot of lumps and bumps. This shirt is great. It is true to size and very well made. Highly recommended from this owner. It hides a lot of lumps so when we walk people don't feel sorry for her.It's big enough and comfortable for her walks. Finding something to fit her is very hard. Thank you to the folks who make these. You have made a old dog and owner very happy. We own 3 of them now and will probably buy the rest of the colors. You should make a sleeveless shirt for those hot days. I'll keep watching for one. Again thank you so much from a grateful customer!!!!

This shirt is amazing for a dog shirt. Needed something stretchy to go underneath my seeing eye dogs harness because her skin is very sensitive underneath her armpits and the harness kept rubbing her and making her itch. This shirt fits the bill 100%. I’ve tried several brands and this one is the one I like the best. Highly recommend. The seller was amazing as well. The shirt came packaged beautifully. They put a lot of effort and detail into the packaging. The shirt was packaged in a clear wrapper and then that wrapper was put into another bag which was sat on top of bubble wrap and put into a box. No dust, no odor. Wonderful seller and wonderful product highly recommend

I found it hard to believe that my pit-bull mix would wear a size Medium because he has been unable to fit into 5XL in other dog shirts. So I made the mistake of ordering a Large. Should have gone with the size chart and gotten the M. The L is huge on him. The shirt is good quality, silky soft fabric and would probably look adorable on Teddy. However, I'm only giving 3 stars because in order to return it, I would only get back $5.00 due to shipping charges. I'll be donating it to my local shelter instead. Not ordering another because I don't want to take a chance on it not fitting either and having to donate a second one.

I ordered two, in different sizes, using the size chart. They are exactly as expected. I wanted something light, cozy, soft, easy to put on & well tolerated by my 2 different male dogs. I am happy with my purchase, perfect to take the chill off during the winter while they are sleeping. If you are looking for something very substantial, these may not be for you. I have washed them a couple of times & they have held up (cold, gentle cycle with about 5 minutes in the dryer & then hang to completely dry). At Christmas, our senior dog wore his red striped pj for his Santa pic & it was very cute.

Our 80lb Lab has a 34” chest. She fits in both the L and XL sizes of this shirt. The XL is loose on her, so I do prefer this size. I wish the other colors would become available for purchase. I’d like to buy several other shirts.
