this was my second time buying kt tape and decided to go with a different manufacturer. i’ve been using it on my pregnant belly for workouts. i didn’t realize it was pre-cut so was a bit disappointed at first. however, the pre-cut strips are the perfect length for how i need to tape. i first put this on about 4 days ago and still going strong! one of the ends started to peel off, but i’ve just been cutting it down and isn’t a huge issue. it definitely frays much more than the last roll i bought, but again to me at least that’s not a huge issue. i bought beige so it doesn’t show through my clothes. will probably stick with this brand moving forward.

I’ve been using K-tape for about a year. I was disappointed that it always started pealing up within a day or two. I tried this tape on a whim and I am so pleased. I’ve had this on for 3 days and it’s still solid and perfectly in place. I’ve showered, sweat, worked and slept in it and it hasn’t moved at all. This is my go to tape from now on. Save your money and try this tape- for real- it comes with two roles!

This tape did its job for my knee. I needed some support and decided to try this tape instead of a bulky knee brace. The tape actually supported my knee, and the adhesive held up very well, even having it on for 2 days. I liked that it wasn't "visible" through my pants, unlike a knee brace would have shown. Great price value, and I highly recommend it.

I'm an athletically active sexagenerian and so keeping my various muscles supported and protected is pretty crucial. I've used the best known brand and other alterrnatives, and this is as good as or better than any of them. It's fully supportive, easy to use, and stays on during lengthy workouts but nevertheless comes off without undue discomfort (a big issue for loose, old guy skin).

I wanted this to help stabilize my knee. It’s damaged from arthritis plus it collapsed on me further damaging my meniscus, tendons, and cartilage. This tape seems to help for about 18 hrs. Then it begins to roll up and unstick. My physical therapist advised me to just use my copper infused sleeve.

I need rotator cuff surgery, but I am 87. This has helped my shoulder so much, that no surgery for me. The sports tape seems to "lift" my shoulder just enough that I can skip the surgery at 87 years old. Thank you for a great product

Once shown how to properly adhere the tape for my particular issue, it is a dream. I haven’t been this pain- free in about 20 years. Seriously….amazing.

Really easy to use. Not had to remove yet as only been on 24hrs. Washed fine. Did wear a sock to bed to protect against rolling up against sheets. No skin reaction. Comes in preset lengths which you can cut and adapt. So far, so good!

Using this as a TransTape alternative, pretty impressed. It holds up nicely even through my physically intensive (and sweaty) job, stayed put very well even after having to remove and reapply strips (did the first application poorly) and was surprisingly comfortable to wear for at least 4 days, through I could have comfortably gone for a couple more days with it on. Held up flawlessly through swimming too. Definitely put it on the day before you need it as it is much more comfortable and effective after your muscles and skin adjust to it.However, be careful when taking this tape off, especially if you’re using it for the same purpose as me and putting it on thinner/more sensitive skin. I tried to slowly pull it off but it still left gnarly sores afterwards. I’ve since learned my lesson and will be using oil in the shower, and much more patience, for future removals. However this may have been because I removed it too early, so take that as you will.All in all, a pretty good, fairly forgiving tape. Just give yourself a day or so to adjust to it, and don’t rush the removal if at all possible.

I have really bad weak knees. I have had braces on them and wanted to try this tape. I only have been using it for 3 days but so far I find it great. It supports my knees while I am working. I average around 25,000 steps a day on my feet so I find it really helps my knees. There are lots of videos online to help you place the tape. I have had my tape on for 3 days and it holds really well and is waterproof.

Love it big size sticks really well the only down fall is the roll is cut in strips wish I could cut it to the length I need
