ColumbiaMen's Silver Ridge Cargo Short with UPF 50

Though the size that I have on jeans did fit (32) and looked nicer, I preferd the very next one (34) since it was easier to move in and to do any kind of stretch without restrains. Considering the purpose of them, I preferred the comfort over looks. Still fits and looks nice (for a pair of cargo shorts)

Have always liked Columbia's shorts because they're lightweight, quick-drying, comfortable, and practical. These are no exception, as they have 6 pockets in total (2 hand mesh pockets, 2 rear velcro pockets, a left-leg zippered pocket and a right-leg velcro pocket). Plus they come with their own basic nylon webbed belt in grey which seems to work well enough, but can be removed if you want. Leg length is 10 inches (from crotch to hem) so they sit just above the knee hence the sizing guide of 34/10 (in case you were wondering). The waist also has small elasticated sections on both sides so the fit is snug but comfortable. Easy 5 star from me.

I don't no these shorts are made for but you can fit both legs in the one trouser leg as they are so big, just like wearing a tent around your waist, the design must have been made for the super large man, I'm normaly a 36" waist sometimes a 38 but had to order a 40" the shape and design must be american certainly not british, so had to return for a refund.I wouldn't recommend unless your legs are twice the size of your waist.Please click on the “Yes” button below if this review has been helpful thank you.

This was bought as a gift for my husband. It arrived in good time - a bit disapointing in the packaging as it came in a small plastic bag and was rather crumpled considering the price tag of £45. The fit was perfect and the choice given to have only 10 inch length of leg was perfect and the reason for the order. Makeup and quality are good but overall I think it a little bit too expensive in a competitive market but there are few people offering a choice of leg lengths.Mrs. P.

Have had an old pair of these shorts for years which are great, these I think are not quite as good quality, they seem thinner. However still good shorts and they were on offer so no real complaints.
