Nice cooling, fast installation , remote was not working but replaced soon .

The AC was become non functional even within one month of the use. Some part was burnt inside the AC. When I raised the request for warranty claim/repair, it was also very much delayed. It is very frustrating.

value for money only issue i found when my man installed ac got lock so i had to call Voltas and it happened in 1 hour time after getting d code by them as it`s took long time on phone conversion as line was too busy they should provide d code with remote control only as its paid in advance for product and i am not going to change or give even gift to some one its work if they provide d code inside remote ok tks

my room is 120.5 sq feet. and it does not cool the room instantly , it takes some time around 1/2 -1 hour ( I run at 24deg and low fan speed) . At this temp., it does not give the cool chill feeling but sufficient enough in summer. Noise is low .I run it from approx 11 pm to 6 AM (7 hour / day) . and energy units were approx 8-9 / day.1 thing I want to mention that Voltas technician took 1400rs. for installation .590 rs. is fixed from company and rest - (2.5 meter wire - 300rs. + 3 pin plug 120 rs. + they even charged for plywood - 400 rs. which is fitted around the AC) .I felt 1400 rs. for window AC installation was a bit costly but they came at 9 PM on my request so I didn't say much on this.
