I make a lot of Asian dishes, especially Chinese, and I enjoy the taste of sichuan peppercorns.But I don't always have the time to grab the bag, mortal and pestle, etc.So this is a quick way to add that numbing and flavorful taste of the peppercorns without the extra steps.The other benefit is you don't get all the semi crunch you'd get with the real thing.I am using this more often than I expected because of how much it brings out the flavor of Asian dishes.I will be running out soon and may have to purchase another one.Highly recommend

Very good! The bottle leaks a drop out the neck when pouring, but that's not an issue. It gets 5 stars. Get your own oil bottle. I think its one of the best garnish oils for Asian style stir-fry and especially soup. I made something similar to kkanpunggi, and it worked really really well as a garnish.

This gives you the peppercorn taste without actually by accident eating the peppercorn. a+++++

I needed this product to test recipes for a Chinese cookbook and realized it expired 6 months after I received it so it didn't last long. It would have been nice to know the expiration date before I bought it.
