Best phone I've had
I've never had a better phone until now. It was the perfect phone I've been looking for. Yes i keep getting told it's a bit heavy for when I show it off to friends but it makes up for it in the huge battery life it offers, I don't have to charge for days.Charging it can get warm if you're still actively using it but if you put it down and wait 30min it'll almost be fully charged for another couple days of use. Id expect nothing less when it comes to a 66W charger. The camera does have its ups and downs. It does take great photos in good lighting but if In a dark room with dark color LEDS the camera will have a hard time. The Microscope function however has been really cool and I've never seen it before on another phone especially for how clear it can be. The ring light around the microscope camera helps a lot.I do a lot of gaming on this phone from COD mobile on highest graphics settings to late rounds of BTD5 and it handles it all fantastically. If I seen the specs for this phone and was told to guess how much it was I would've thought at least 1,500 or more but was surprised it didn't even go over 800. I didn't pay much more than 500 when a deal was going on.I really felt I got my money's worth out of this phone and I've seen no signs of slowing down or degradation for almost a year now. It's extremely durable so wouldn't be too worried if a toddler got ahold of it somehow.

The best rugged phone for the price!
The media could not be loaded. I'm a little too rough with my phones so I got this because I know it will hold up and it's waterproof. Even though it doesn't have the thermal camera it has a thermometer that works okay and you save some money. I found it's best to touch it right to the forehead for an accurate reading though. It's really waterproof! I have a video that shows me plunging it into the ocean. Make sure to close all port stoppers though. I was worried about the SIM card slot but it stays dry πJust don't use the speakers for a little while to let the water seep back out or else your music will sound crackly and weird and you'll think you broke the speaker. Microscope actually worked better than the actual microscope my dad has. Only drawback is you have to hold the phone still so a stand or holder of some kind will help get clear shots. Photos above are a mystery food found inside a bag of tater tots and a microscope picture of that same mystery food. I think it's a granola bar. Camera has very impressive photos when outside in good lighting. Inside is kind of iffy if you don't use flash. Some other camera apps may help. I haven't tried pro settings because I'm technology handicapped. Storage is amazing. Idk what else to say it's the perfect rugged phone for us cheapskates. I'm not paying $1200 for something just a tiny bit fancier than this- it's already high end. Oh it is very heavy so be ready. No other complaints!!

Lasted for 6months
The phone can be sturdy but also heavy making pants fall and such over time. I dropped it and it landed in water once and was still working although the audio was a bit messed up and for some phone calls, i couldn't hear the person talking at all. After 3 weeks or more the audio ended up being fixed over time.I used it in the rain one day and the screen started pressing buttons on its own. After 4 hours, the screen only shows a black screen. My previous phone from ulefone had GPS issues.Sadly I might just have to get one of the popular phones and put a case on it.

Great rugged phone that is frustrating to use while wireless charging.
The media could not be loaded. Updated on Oct 21, 2024:I received a system update over the weekend (10/19/2024 Power_Armor_18_AF4_V15_20240919-0429) and the multitouch bug is still there when on a wireless charger. I've confirmed on both the BRCOVAN motorcycle mount as well as the Ulefone 50W Wireless charger. Taking off another star because of how frustrating this makes it to use the phone while it's charging on my motorcycle and at my desk at work.Since I also had wireless charging issues with the 25T Pro (and returned it because of them; showed as charging but did not charge), I'm beginning to think that maybe I really don't want to chance getting the 20T Pro Mini when it's available...Updated on Sept 9, 2024:This phone has been great so far. I wanted something rugged to use as my primary moto navigation (sorry, not sorry, Garmin). It's worked wonderfully from Day1 out of the box with both my Verizon and Google Fi (T-Mobile) SIMs.The battery life is a bit disappointing - I got 2 full days with my previous Motorola phones (5k mAh), so I was hoping to get 4 days with a nearly 10k mAh battery - I only get about 2 days. But that's where the wireless charging comes in, so all good. That said, I do have issues with the screen quite a bit when it's charging wirelessly. It doesn't seem to be heat related (has happened when the phone is warm to the touch as well as cool to the touch) or pressure related (it's happened when mounted to the BRCOVAN phone mount as well as just sitting in the Ulefone 50W Wireless charger). I was finally able to get some video of its wonkiness when charging using the Touch Screen Test app - something causes "multiple finger touches" when it's on a wireless charger. In the video it can be seen where the multi-touch stops when the phone is removed from the charger and starts up again as soon as it's returned. Not every time, but maybe 50% of the time, and has done it with the soft screen protector, no screen protector, and the glass screen protector. Not a deal breaker, but definitely frustrating. The camera has also been nice on my trips, taking great pics both standard and wide. I was also able to take a video, plunk it under water to film a crawfish, then pull it out of the water, taking video the whole time - zero issues.Reviewed in the United States on June 23, 2024:I haven't even had the Armor 18 5G Ultra for 24 hours yet (I'm 2200mi away from home on a moto/camp trip, broke my phone's cam lens, and used that as the excuse to pull the trigger) but just wanted to put it out there that my (already activated) Verizon and Google Fi SIMs worked immediately out of the box with zero configuration or hoop jumping.I'll have to check in later for further review. πππ
